What is the Agtron scale?
The Agtron scale was developed by Agtron Coporation and is the most widely used reference scale when it comes to classifying coffee grinds and colour. It describes how light or dark the coffee is. The scale goes from 25 to 95, where 25 is very dark and 95 is very light.
